My passion is driving people, women especially, to true health and wellness. Whatever healthy food and best movement that works for them is perfect. My life mission is to help women understand that spending time to exercise makes them better women, wives and mothers. Eating healthy but enjoying pizza sometimes is ok too. I empower women to feel comfortable in their own skin, respect the process and keep pushing towards their goals. Daily in my personal self care, as well as social media, I encourage women to find what fitness works for them to and the best way to do that is to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. Ty is a certified holistic health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) since 2014 and certified for group fitness through AFAA and ACE.
Ty is also currently a student at the School for Applied Medicine and Master Trainer for Miapolo Dance Fitness.
